
COSPLAY CONTEST RULES
1. Have Fun!
This event is all about creativity, passion, and enjoyment. Be respectful to fellow contestants, attendees, and staff.
2. No Loose Confetti, Glitter, or Similar Materials
To maintain a clean and safe environment, do not use confetti, glitter, or other small, loose materials that could create a mess or hazard.
3. Costume Guidelines Costumes must be appropriate for a family-friendly event.
No nudity or overly revealing attire. No sharp or real weapons. Prop weapons must adhere to event safety regulations. Costumes should not include elements that could be dangerous to others, such as large rigid wings, excessive spikes, or unstable structures.
4. Performance & Stage Rules
No excessive vulgarity, hate speech, or offensive content in performances. No jumping off the stage or throwing objects into the audience. If you plan to do any type of gymnastics, fight, or movement choreography, it must be shown beforehand and approved by the organizers.
5. Registration & Judging Contestants must register before the deadline to be eligible.
Costumes will be judged based on craftsmanship, creativity, accuracy, and overall presentation.
6. Props & Weapons Policy
All props must be inspected and approved by staff. No functional weapons or live steel. All props and weapons must comply with our Props and Weapons Policy.
7. Conduct & Sportsmanship
Be courteous to judges, fellow participants, and event staff. Harassment or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Any violation of the rules may result in disqualification.
8. Organizer’s Discretion Event organizers reserve the right to adjust or enforce rules as necessary for the safety and enjoyment of all participants.
