Dale D Kelly is a voice actor, and producer based in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Dale D. Kelly is the iconic voice of the narrator in the Funimation Dub of Dragon Ball Z, as well as the villain Captain Ginyu from the Namek Saga, and Porunga from the Namek Saga of Dragon Ball Z!

Apart from providing his voice talent to the show, Dale also helped produce 2 of the series' most iconic movies, Dragon Ball Z: History of Trunks, and Dragon Ball Z: Father of Bardock. Also producing both sound tracks for the movies.
